The days and nights of spring had come and gone, now they were replaced with much more warmer even hotter times. Steps were made freely as she moved through the small expanse of the cherry plantation. Cerulean orbs continued to watch everything around her. Lengthy banner swayed just a bit over the ground while a content smile graced her features. The sun was just reaching the lower half of the evening. Maybe it was just her, but she felt way more energetic these last couple of days. Pausing, ebony nose was lifted to the air, there was water nearby. Now would be a good time for that fishing lesson. Better sooner rather than later, correct? She looked back the way she had come. Crown tilted back somewhat as she released a howl.

He couldn't have been too far away from her. Besides, she found herself growing into the habit of wandering off from him to only have him seek her out. Game of sorts when it was just the two of them, and that left both of them with smiles on their faces. Lowering her head back down, she chuckled and set out to prance around the trees, even climbing up onto a few branches to prolong the small search. Feeling content she made a sudden beeline to the water. It was clear to see that the expanse of water belonged to a lake. And a large one.

Gaze drifted over it slowly. There were other creatures here too, not easily seen but she smelled them. Moving to the water's edge, she lowered her head to take a little drink before letting her front paws soak as she waited for Calix. Quietly, she continued to watch the area, the sun still offering a bath of sorts.

And In the Middle Of My Chaos, There Was You

Purple ears flicked upon the head of the male as he followed after the scent of Isias. He had froze when he tried to talk to her about how he felt. Which made him feel stupid, he rarely stumbled on his words but it seemed when it came to how he felt that he just couldnt say what he wanted. Calix had spent most of the time thinking about how he would say everything but he knew that it would never come out the way that he wanted it. Isias just seemed to make words hard sometimes but then the other times he could talk to her for hours. Era had told him that he just needed to relax and just let the words come to him as natural as possible. That was easier said then done for Calix.

The walk from the cherry bloosom area to the lake gave Calix plently of time to think about how he would talk to Isias. Calix had left Era in the den that he had made, He had left a small fire burning inside to keep her warm while he went off for a couple of hours. Calix had just been following her scent till the sound of her howl reached his ears. This made him perk up slightly as his tail wagged and he smiled softly. Slowly he made his way closer to the female, just to watch her step into the water. She was absolutly stunning and it was even more apparent to him while he just watched her from the tree line.

Taking a deep breath he emerged from the tree line, his feet gently kissed the ground as he came up to the side of Isias and nudged her gently with his black nose. "Stunning" he spoke softly as he looked at Isias and then out towards the lake and looking up towards the sun. It was still a decent temperature so maybe it would be good to teach her to fish. If not then a good swim in the lake would be another good choice.

Tufted banner flicked to and fro as she continued to soak her paws. For a moment she let her eyes close and she took in a deep breath. It was calming, she let her thoughts roam. So many things had happened that led her up to where she was currently. Her eyes opened once more feeling him nudge her. He had caught up to her pretty fast. And here she thought she had been a bit hard to find. She caught the familiar scent and smiled as he spoke. She nodded in agreement before saying "It truly is." unsure if he meant the water or something entirely different. Cerulean orbs went towards him before she leaned against him slightly before she chuckled "And here we wanted to stay in the north. Had you not chosen to leave we wouldn't know what the other lands look like."

The woman was quite glad to be out of the north, things happened there that shouldn't have. They were but bad 'experiences' she had heard Faramond say one day to her. Her paws shifted in the water slightly before saying "Good day for a swim." Personally, she wasn't a fantastic swimmer but it was something you needed to learn to survive. She turned her head to nuzzle into Calix a bit more as her tail flicked.
